Birthdays Packages and Special Events
Your child’s birthday comes only once a year. Give them a day they will never forget, in the company of their closest friends and family in a safe and fun environment! Say Good-Bye to: Kitchen patrol, decorating and most of all “Clean-Up”. Just relax and enjoy the party with your children and family and let Madd Fun do the rest! Don’t delay to schedule a Party. Madd Fun Policies
Children must be accompanied by an adult!!! Adults must be accomanied by a child/children!!!
- Adult (25 years of age or older) supervision is required at all times. The adult supervisor is responsible for supervising all the children in their group.
- Parents nor Guardians are not permitted to drop off their children and leave them unattended at Madd Fun.
- Sneakers are required for play.
- No food or beverages are allowed to be brought into Madd Fun. Excluding Birthday Cakes.
- A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required for a birthday party.
- All payments for admissions, groups, or parties are cash or credit card (Mastercard, Visa,) due upon day of visit or party.
- Party refunds are issued only if a party cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the party date or the party is rescheduled at least 24 hours before the party.
- We require at least two weeks notice to book a party. Since parties are booked on a first come, first served basis, book as early as possible to ensure you get the date you want.
- You will be contacted 7 days prior to your party date to get an exact guest count for your event. We will only bring enough materials and items for the number of children you request.
- To determine the number of children in a party, a count of children ages 2-12 attending the party will be taken.
- All coupons must be presented at the time of purchase or party booking. One coupon per child for admissions or per party. Coupons cannot be combined.
- Play at your own risk.
- The minimum number of children will be charged for the package regardless if fewer children attend the party. Passes will be given to make up for party attendance less than the minimum.
- Customers may make their own arrangements for hiring children's costumed character to attend their child's party at Madd Fun.
- Smoking, alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs are not allowed at Madd Fun.
- All prices subject to applicable tax.
- Party guests are invited to stay at Madd Fun as long as they wish after the party. The party room must be vacated at the end of the 1.5 hour party. Madd Fun is a registered business name in the State of New York, and may not be used for any reason
without written consent.
